About The Job

West Tech Shipping is seeking reliable, energetic individuals to join our Saint Kitts and Nevis team on a seasonal basis from November 16th, 2026 to January 31st, 2027. As volumes surge during the peak season, these team members will help us clear, process and deliver packages quickly, so customers get their orders on time.

Positions are available at our Church Street, Frigate Bay and Caribbean Cinema locations in Saint Kitts, at our Nevis store, and with our Cargo team.

We are hiring for the following positions:

·       Customer Service Representative (CSR)

·       Runner

·       Night Runner (part time)

·       Cargo Administrative Assistant

·       Cargo Operations Assistant (day shift and part time night shift)

These roles suit people who are available for the full seasonal period, work well under pressure, and take pride in accurate, timely service.

Job Requirements

All positions

·       Available to work the full seasonal period (November 16th, 2026 to January 31st, 2027)

·       Flexible, with the ability to work shifts, extended hours, evenings and weekends during peak season, including the weeks leading up to Christmas and New Year

·       Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented

·       Able to multi-task, prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment

·       Able to follow procedures, guidelines and company policies

·       Prior experience in a similar role is an asset but not required

Customer Service Representative

·       Well-spoken, with an outgoing and friendly personality

·       Patient and professional with customers, including during busy periods

·       Able to provide accurate information and process transactions, including online payments, accurately

Runner

·       Able to lift heavy packages and retrieve them from storage quickly

·       Able to receive, scan and organize packages accurately

·       Customer-focused, with a courteous manner

Night Runner (part time)

·       Available to work evening and night hours

·       Able to receive, scan and shelve cargo delivered late in the day so it is ready for pick up the same night

·       Able to assist with the daily stock count accurately

Cargo Administrative Assistant

·       Strong computer, data entry and record keeping skills

·       Organized, with a keen eye for detail when handling cargo documents and package records

·       Able to communicate clearly with the cargo team and customer service staff

·       Able to work evening and night hours

Cargo Operations Assistant

·       Able to lift, sort and pack cargo, and to assist with clearing and collecting cargo from the ports

·       Comfortable with daily inventory counts and package verification

·       Safety-conscious, with a strong focus on the security of customer packages

·       Able to work evening and night hours
