About The Job
The Operations Supervisor supports the Country Manager in overseeing operations and logistics across both the Dutch and French sides of Sint Maarten / Saint Martin, ensuring excellent service levels that keep customers coming back.
This role carries direct, hands-on accountability for the daily operational discipline of the territory: inventory integrity, cash management, storefront readiness, cargo movement, and the timely execution of all administrative and people-related processes. The Operations Supervisor is also expected to be capable of assuming full operational responsibility for the territory during the Country Manager's absence.
Based on the Dutch side, this role requires regular, hands-on presence across every retail and operational location on both sides of the territory — this is not an office-bound position.
