OPERATIONS MANAGER

We're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our growing team.

Full-time · St. Lucia

ABOUT THE JOB

Cargo is the heartbeat of this role, and everything else flows from it. You will work closely with customs authorities, carriers, and the US warehouse to keep operations running smoothly, while simultaneously managing customer service standards, controlling costs, and driving growth at your location. You will also bring a genuine interest in technology and automation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work through digital tools and innovative solutions.

This is a role for a decisive, proactive leader who communicates clearly, follows through reliably, and is not afraid to have difficult conversations when performance demands it. You will set the tone for your team — building a culture of accountability, high standards, and continuous improvement — and you will report directly to the Managing Director.

If you are someone who thrives under ownership, leads with integrity, and takes pride in operational excellence, this is the opportunity for you

Financial & Administrative Controls

  • Control operating costs, manage daily cash handling, petty cash, inventory counts, and the End of Day cash management process
